1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Lumina (ABN 79892189352) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credits, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Lumina provides AI-powered image generation and related tools. Outputs are produced using third-party AI models and infrastructure. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations, be error-free, or suitable for a particular commercial or legal purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase paid plans.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions, one-time purchases, or usage-based credits. Prices are displayed at checkout in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment details, you authorise us to charge the selected plan, renewals (where applicable), and any agreed add-ons.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at info@coderoomx.com.

5. AI usage and immediate costs

Each generation request consumes compute and third-party AI resources at the time the request is processed. Those costs are incurred whether or not you are satisfied with the result. Unused subscription time or prepaid credits do not entitle you to a refund of underlying AI costs already consumed.

6. Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final. Because our service relies on real-time AI processing with immediate third-party costs, we generally do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or credits for:

  • completed or attempted image generations;
  • partially used subscription periods;
  • unused credits after purchase;
  • dissatisfaction with style, quality, or subjective aspects of AI output; or
  • account closure after use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law requires a remedy for a major failure of our service, we will provide the remedy required by law. For billing errors caused by us (e.g. duplicate charges), contact info@coderoomx.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate in good faith.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content; to violate third-party rights; to attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our systems; or to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

8. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the platform, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to your plan and applicable law, you may use outputs you generate for lawful purposes. You grant us a limited licence to process your prompts and content solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
